To strengthen our team, we are looking for an initiative person as

Head of Customer Service 80-100% (m/f/d)

 

Your task:

  • Efficient management, planning and leadership of the internal sales team (3-4 employees)
  • Ensuring optimal order processing in sales and purchasing 
  • Coordination/process optimization with sales, logistics, accounting and external service providers
  • Creating evaluations and analyses of processes in day-to-day business
  • Responsible for inventory management in close cooperation with the brand managers
  • Written and telephone contact with customers and suppliers

Your profile:

  • Completed basic commercial training or equivalent training 
  • Multiple years of professional experience in sales, ideally with management experience
  • Very good IT user skills, especially in the area of evaluations and analyses
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Confident oral and written expression in German and good oral skills in French and English
