Head of Internal Sales 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your task:

  • Efficient management, planning and leadership of the internal sales team (3-4 employees)
  • Ensuring optimal order processing in sales and purchasing 
  • Coordination/process optimization with sales, logistics, accounting and external service providers.
  • Creating evaluations and analyses of processes in daily business
  • Responsible for inventory management in close cooperation with the brand managers
  • Written and telephone customer contact
  • Product manager tasks of assigned brands 

Your profile:

  • Completed basic commercial training or equivalent training 
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally with management experience
  • Very good IT user knowledge, especially in the area of evaluations and analyses
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Stylistically confident oral and written expression in German and good oral knowledge of French and English
